RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow returns of unopened products only. To request a return please send an email to email@example.com with a detailed description of why you would like to return your product. This request must be made within 7 days of product ship date. We do not cover the cost of initial shipping or return shipping.
If you have received the wrong product or if your product is damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed descriptioin of why you are seeking a refund. We may require photographs of the product that you have received to verify claims.
